POSITION SUMMARY:Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, provides general support in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Administration, Training and Development, Payroll, and General Administration Duties. Monthly Travel to Clinics in both Houston and Port Arthur area up to 5%. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience and education (2 years ofexperience for each year of college) required with typing and computer skills. (Computer skill required is workingknowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as Word, Excel, WordPerfect.)2. 1 to 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with working knowledge of employment laws and federalprovisions.3. Previous experience in providing administrative services in a human resources department desired.
