As a full-time or PRN Medication Technician, you will play an essential role in our care team, ensuring the safe administration of medications and providing daily support to residents. Key Responsibilities Accurately administer prescribed medications following state regulations and company policies. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report concerns to the nursing staff or leadership promptly. Maintain meticulous documentation of medications administered and care provided. Contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Collaborate effectively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to deliver exceptional resident care. Qualifications Must hold and actively maintain either a CNA or HCA license. Previous experience in caregiving within senior living, healthcare, or a related environment is preferred. Ability to work compassionately with older adults, displaying patience and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and adherence to medication administration protocols is essential. Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
