Join Our Team as the Associate Director of Compensation Operations & HRIS The Opportunity As the Associate Director of HRIS Operations, you will take charge of hands-on operational management, ensuring data integrity, executing testing, and overseeing release readiness for our U.S. compensation and core HR systems, specifically focusing on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Compensation) and related tools. Your role will be a pivotal operational subject matter expert for HRIS processes related to compensation, ensuring smooth data flow between CoreHR, SuccessFactors Compensation, Compensation Modeling Tool (CMT), CompAnalyst, ServiceNow, and other third-party vendors. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with teams from Compensation, Talent, HR Technology, Payroll, GCO, Risk, and external vendors. Your Key Responsibilities: HRIS Operations & Functional Ownership: Oversee U.S. compensation-related HRIS processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation. System Management: Manage daily operations for annual, mid-year, and off-cycle compensation events, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions. Enhancements Coordination: Partner with HR Technology and vendors to implement approved enhancements and configuration changes, ensuring business readiness. Data Management: Execute and supervise mass data uploads and corrections, ensuring data accuracy across systems during compensation cycles. Vendor Coordination: Serve as the functional point of contact for compensation-related interfaces, ensuring data quality and resolving issues. Testing & Release Execution: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for compensation systems, defining test scenarios, validating outputs, and ensuring go-live readiness. Audit & Control Support: Monitor system changes, support audit requirements, and document impacts effectively. Operational Enablement: Serve as an advisor to Compensation and Talent teams, translating business needs into executable requirements. Additional Responsibilities: Provide support for ad hoc reporting, manage Service Award Anniversary Program operations, and assist with EEO and OFCCP data requests. Skills and Attributes for Success: Strong HRIS functional expertise and troubleshooting capabilities. Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy. Able to manage multiple operational workflows during peak periods. Excellent communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with vendors and HR Technology partners. Proficiency in assessing impacts of organizational changes on compensation operations. Qualifications: 12-15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS operations or HR technology. Advanced degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in managing large-scale compensation cycles within complex organizations. Strong Excel skills. Prior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
