Job Description Summary This role is pivotal in leading and advancing the transformation of WFG Service Operations through service delivery and production teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement tools to measure and monitor both internal operational performance and third-party vendor performance, collaborating with data and analytics teams to ensure high data quality. Drive process improvements within existing frameworks, incorporating data and analytics for effective measurement and sustainability. Manage low-code platform configuration and implement innovative AI tools and robotic process automation. Source and facilitate the integration of service tools and digital delivery platforms, ensuring best-in-class offerings across financial services industries. Establish assurance programs aimed at enhancing service quality and process efficiency, working closely with service and process leaders to support continual performance improvement. Collaborate with digital platform designers and executives, engaging field leaders and users to ensure effective service delivery governance. Commit to continuous enhancements in efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction metrics. Engage with stakeholders to establish strategic priorities and effectively communicate these goals throughout the organization. Serve as a knowledgeable resource across the organization, keeping abreast of current and emerging industry trends and their implications. Foster a non-hierarchical, collaborative, and transparent culture that emphasizes employee engagement and trust. Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams skilled in advanced process management and automation technologies. Design and model automated service solutions aiming to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience. Own the strategy and execution for service tooling across various financial services verticals, supporting comprehensive multi-market and multi-product distribution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of leadership experience in operations and service delivery, with a deep understanding of customer expectations and market dynamics. Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and establishing business-as-usual operations. Strategic thinker able to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. Exceptional communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong focus on team development, collaboration, and performance leadership. Expertise in continuous process improvement methodologies and training professionals in these areas. Experience in designing processes that enhance service quality and promote automation. Familiarity with omni-channel infrastructure and services, including RPA and integrated vendor solutions. Proven use of AI in enhancing service management and driving engagement. In-depth knowledge of financial services supply chain protocols and integration standards. Competence in various process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Total Quality Management. Working Conditions Office Environment Occasional Travel The salary for this position typically ranges from $235,000 to $265,000 annually. This range is based on several factors including qualifications, experience, and operational needs. Eligible positions may also receive an Annual Bonus based on individual performance and company plans.
