About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Interim Cybersecurity Program Manager with extensive knowledge in Zero Trust frameworks and Operational Technology (OT) Security. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive Zero Trust program across our manufacturing facilities, prioritizing the protection of the critical IT/OT boundary. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in manufacturing security and enterprise network transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, governance, and execution of initiatives related to Zero Trust architecture and network segmentation. Oversee security controls management and collaborate with site leadership to strengthen network segmentation practices. Initiate and oversee projects aimed at minimizing risk and maintaining operational uptime against cyber threats. Build strong partnerships with engineering teams and global stakeholders to ensure security measures align with operational needs. Manage vendor relationships effectively, addressing any issues promptly, and enforce consistent security protocols across all manufacturing locations. To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks, especially with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and centralized policy management, as well as a proven track record in securing OT environments using solutions like mGuard. Excellent stakeholder management, vendor oversight skills, and superior executive communication abilities are critical. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and may involve up to 10% travel to our manufacturing facilities during key deployments and transition activities.
