Environmental Inspection Consultant

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough asbestos and lead inspections, testing, and sampling. Perform field investigations in residential and commercial environments. If qualified, utilize XRF/XRS equipment for precise lead testing. Prepare detailed and compliant reports and documentation. Coordinate effectively with internal laboratory teams and manage project scheduling through our CRM system. Maintain professional and clear communication with clients while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Requirements: CAC or CSST certification is mandatory. Current EPA Lead Certification is required. AHERA license (preferred). XRF/XRS experience (preferred). At least 2 years of relevant field inspection and sampling experience is essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage field schedules is critical. Outstanding client-facing communication skills are necessary. A valid driver’s license is required.
