Your Role As the Campaign Analytics Manager within our Campaigns & Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaign performance. Reporting to the Analytics Team, you will provide crucial analysis, insights, and recommendations that will enhance our marketing strategies. This high-visibility position demands exceptional project management skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and strategic data analysis. If you are passionate about data analytics and driving marketing program success, you could substantially impact our pipeline and deal closure rates. Your Responsibilities Deliver business intelligence to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Analyze campaign performance by gathering data, generating insights, and creating visualizations, then convey your findings in monthly analytic reports to stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance metrics and execution through Salesforce dashboards, PowerBI, and Excel. Utilize your expertise in Excel to handle large datasets, create pivot tables, and conduct complex analyses to provide actionable recommendations. Conduct performance analysis using statistical methods, including descriptive, inferential, predictive, and prescriptive analysis, along with exploratory and causal analysis. Operate effectively in an agile environment, meeting deadlines for reporting and ad hoc requests independently. Be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and execution skills, demonstrating accuracy in all tasks. What We Seek in You A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Over 6 years of experience in marketing or sales, managing multiple complex marketing programs and budgets. Proven ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to extract trends, insights, and actionable advice. Strong critical thinking skills to assess campaign performance and identify improvement areas. Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, and PowerBI. Deep understanding of campaign metrics and KPIs, including ROI, LTV, Cost Per Sale, and Conversion Rates. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and project management abilities. A quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A detail-oriented, data-driven mindset that produces accurate and innovative work. Collaborative problem-solving skills to effectively support marketing programs that achieve SMART business goals while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and expertise in Power BI. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. Compensation This reflects the expected base salary range for this position based on national data, with individual pay dependent on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges $103,711 - $138,281 for select states and $108,896 - $145,195 for others. Lumen offers a comprehensive benefits package to enhance your overall wellbeing.
