CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: Deliver outstanding service by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems at client locations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize a range of hand tools in compliance with blueprints and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair various units. Thoroughly analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer sites, enhancing operational efficiency. Conduct preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications as requested by clients. Prepare effectively for on-site installation and repairs by assessing building layouts and anticipating any challenges. Regularly inspect and maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness. Keep meticulous records of service, schedule, and maintenance performed on company vehicles. Inspect equipment for wear and tear, and communicate findings to customers and Operations Management. Document all work performed meticulously, including job paperwork and filed records. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company's professional image. Identify necessary parts for repairs and manage ordering processes in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of repairs, including materials and costs, and return any unused resources. Timely submission of all required paperwork and reports is essential. Stay updated on all products related to HVAC installation, operation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to read and interpret product specifications is necessary. Provide excellent technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as necessary. Regular travel, including some overnight trips, will be required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential for this role.
