Integral Analytics, a division of Willdan Group Inc., is looking for a dynamic Director of Demand-Side Management (DSM) Analytics & Strategy. This critical leadership role will not only enhance the technical delivery of DSM cost-effectiveness analysis, but also expand our software portfolio and market presence. As the primary architect for regulatory reconciliation support and program planning, you will lead the development of innovative Market Potential Study (MPS) software. This position plays a pivotal role in integrating our advanced tools with the LoadSEER platform, offering utilities a comprehensive resource planning solution. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Analysis & Compliance Leadership Cost-Effective Governance: Manage the execution of benefit-cost analysis (BCA) for gas and electric utility DSM portfolios, ensuring compliance with the California Standard Practice Manual (SPM) and the National Standard Practice Manual (NSPM). Filing & Reconciliation Support: Oversee the creation of technical workpapers and exhibits for annual DSM reconciliations and program plans. Act as a subject matter expert in regulatory proceedings to defend cost-effectiveness assumptions (TRC, UCT, RIM, and PCT). Methodology Innovation: Stay ahead of evolving state mandates related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) adders, non-energy benefits (NEBs), and locational avoided costs to incorporate current best practices into all filings. Software Product Development & Integration MPS Software Architecture: Serve as the visionary and product owner for a groundbreaking software solution aimed at automating Market Potential Studies (Technical, Economic, and Achievable potential). System Integration: Collaborate with the Integral Analytics team to seamlessly integrate new potential study tools with the LoadSEER platform, merging bottom-up DSM potential with top-down geospatial load forecasting.
