Qualifications Requirements to be a Customer Service Associate at Sprouts: Must be at least 16 years old Dependable and reliable Exhibit a friendly and outgoing demeanor Possess a positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills Able to work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate closely with other team members Pay Range The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.85 per hour.
