We seek a passionate and experienced individual to take on the role of Manager in our dynamic Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team focused on the healthcare sector. Here, you will play a pivotal role in providing integrated transaction services while enjoying the freedom to shape a fulfilling career path. The TAS practice is looking for a dedicated Manager to facilitate and lead financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions in healthcare. You will be an essential contributor, collaborating with a team of experts to drive successful outcomes while honing your professional skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial due diligence for healthcare transactions, identifying risks and evaluating strengths against industry benchmarks to support client investment strategies. Analyze various components affecting transaction value, including revenue cycle performance and payer mix. Manage multiple teams on transaction engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and clear communication with all stakeholders. Prepare or oversee comprehensive Key Findings Reports and financial presentations summarizing critical insights and deal considerations. Mentor team members, providing training and performance feedback to foster development. Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that may impact healthcare transactions. Lead discussions with clients and target company management while being a key point of contact for day-to-day matters. Collaborate closely with clients, investment banks, private equity investors, and other critical stakeholders. Work alongside other EisnerAmper service teams providing various advisory services to the healthcare sector. Engage in client relationship building and business development activities, including writing thought leadership pieces and participating in relevant conferences. Occasionally work extended hours and travel as necessary to meet client needs. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in healthcare audit or financial due diligence, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in providing audit or consulting services to healthcare investors, providers, and payors. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Preferred Qualifications: CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it. Strong understanding of US GAAP, including aspects related to revenue recognition and business combinations. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with financial modeling tools such as Power BI. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proven project management ability and capacity to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Flexibility to work effectively as both a team member and individual contributor in fast-paced environments.
