Position Overview Become a vital part of our team as a Clinical Sonography Specialist. Job Description Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with the Territory Manager to identify clinical needs, effectively demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and drive new business. Provide training to customers on the optimal use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products during implementation at their locations. Manage post-sales activities, enhancing product adoption and addressing customer concerns to boost user satisfaction. Support the Territory Manager by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Articulate the overarching value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to stakeholders at customer sites. Conduct product demonstrations alongside Inside Sales Representatives as needed to highlight their advantages. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to ensure clients receive optimal value from our offerings. Provide Clinical, Technical, and Educational support to clients when required. Assist in other business areas as needed. Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager. Ensure compliance with the company's quality systems and requirements. Knowledge and Experience: Associate degree from an accredited ultrasound training institution. RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN. Preferred: RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible. Minimum of three years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular). Proficient in navigating complex requirements with strong prioritization skills. Understand both clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite. Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requests. Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to build positive relationships with customers across all accounts. Professional skills to effectively manage interpersonal relationships. Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments. Organized approach to consistently meet customer and company timelines. Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations. Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed, while thriving in team settings. Represent FUJIFILM Sonosite with professionalism. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, based on experience, along with performance bonuses. Paid Time Off accrual up to three weeks in the first year, increasing with tenure. Four additional paid holidays based on hire date. Eight paid holidays annually.
