Virtual Customer Service Representative $14.00 per hour Are you passionate about assisting others and providing outstanding service? Join our dynamic team as the first point of contact for our clients' customers. With paid training, competitive pay starting at $14/hr, and a variety of incentives and benefits, you can make a real difference every day. What We Offer: Work From Home Full Time Employment (40 hours/week) Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts during business hours. Business Hours: Monday - Sunday, 24/7 Competitive Pay: $14.00 starting on day one Note: Pay may be below your state's minimum wage, please consider this when applying. Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6 PM - 6 AM Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM) Incentive Plan: Potential to earn up to an additional $350 per month after training for meeting performance metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence). What You'll Do: Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information. Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits from state or federal agencies. Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses. Efficiently process transactions via web-based applications and handle research requests accurately. Communicate warmly and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology. Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service. What We're Looking For: A dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and commits to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our paid training period. An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to explain complex information clearly and connect with customers professionally. A calm professional who can handle challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency. A customer service enthusiast skilled at navigating multiple screens and applications while guiding customers to the best solutions. A tech-savvy problem solver comfortable learning new tools and technologies. A focused multitasker who thrives in a structured, high-volume call center environment. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience. Ability to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting. Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training. Internet Service: A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection is required. Work Area: A dedicated work area with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection is necessary. Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment. Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test achieving a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download. Basic knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
