As a Building Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the premises are kept clean and orderly, creating a welcoming environment. Employing safe practices when using chemical cleaners and machinery to protect floors and fixtures. Polishing furniture and fixtures to keep them in pristine condition. Shampooing or steam-cleaning carpets and rugs as necessary. Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies effectively. Driving necessary vehicles to perform cleaning tasks, including vans and industrial vacuums. Reporting any repair needs or suggestions for enhancing building systems to management.
