WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience Clean driving record (no major violations) NO failed drug tests - ever Willingness to operate OTR across all 48 states Ability to base out of or travel to Chicago or the Midwest Business-minded, reliable, and consistent work ethic LEASE SETUP: Reefer unit provided 75/25 split (you retain 75%) Weekly truck payment: $1,499 Driver is responsible for fuel & tolls Clean, active MC for seamless freight transport Run where the profit margins are high - no babysitting required REAL EARNINGS (AFTER EXPENSES): Average Weekly Gross: $8,500 - $10,000+ (7-day week) Real NET Take-Home: $2,800 - $3,000/week during conservative weeks $3,500 - $3,600+/week during peak performance weeks These figures reflect AFTER: Truck payment Fuel Tolls & standard road expenses IMPORTANT: This role requires a professional attitude.
