Your Opportunity As a Technology Sourcing Manager, you will play a vital role in our Supply Chain organization by supporting various lines of business within the technology sectors, specifically focusing on our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) and Architecture & Corporate Technology (ACT) groups. Your work will enhance customer satisfaction, achieve cost savings, and minimize risks related to suppliers and contracts. You will be instrumental in managing contracts, negotiating terms, making amendments, and ensuring renewals and terminations are executed effectively. In this role, you will lead impactful sourcing initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders to align your efforts with the organization’s goals. You'll be expected to drive efficiency, enhance supplier performance, and promote best practices in procurement. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with internal resources experienced in different categories and supplier relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the organization. Provide strategic sourcing support and excellent customer service to stakeholders. Lead projects both independently and as part of a team. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize benefits and mitigate risks. Manage contracts effectively through amendments, renewals, and terminations. Work alongside business units to ensure compliance and optimize spending. Strengthen relationships with suppliers and address any issues that arise. Oversee key preferred supplier relationships. Facilitate sourcing strategies, including RFPs and RFQs. The Skills You Bring 5+ years of experience in strategic IT Technology Sourcing and procurement management. Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred. Strong proficiency in business analysis, financial analysis, and supplier management. Expertise in leading negotiations for pricing, terms, and contract conditions. Analytical skills to craft and implement strategic plans. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering results. Experience in navigating challenging client or vendor negotiations.
