You are: An experienced Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certified Analyst. The Work: The Project Pool Epic ClinDoc Analyst will engage with Accenture teams, software vendor teams, and clients in various areas, including: Documenting current state business workflows. Assisting with the analysis and design of new business workflows. Identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases. Providing input for high-level functional specifications. Collaborating with project managers, architects, business analysts, and others to define application metrics and performance goals. Participating in transitioning requirements and use cases for clear understanding. Assisting in translating requirements into test conditions and expected outcomes for product and performance testing. Participating in quality management reviews to ensure that all work products meet project requirements. Advising on system configuration and integration setup and assisting with testing activities. Serving as an intermediary between the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to facilitate understanding of data structures, workflows, and technological capabilities. Helping develop and document data requests and source-to-target mapping. Performing other duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. This role requires 3 days per week in the office. The hiring locations include Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; or Columbus, OH. Here’s what you need: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare IT as an Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst. • Certification in Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation. • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (at least 12 years). If you have an Associate Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience. Bonus points if you have: • At least 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm. • Experience with at least 1 full implementation of Epic. • Familiarity with Epic Orders, ASAP, Stork, Bugsy, or Optime.
