Your Key Responsibilities Include: Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate self-driving vehicles for 4-8 hours daily, prioritizing safety at all times. Testing & Feedback: Run basic software operations and provide valuable insights to engineering teams. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and aid in logistical coordination. Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for our brand, sharing our mission and values with the community. Collaborative Efforts: Work together with various departments to improve autonomous vehicle technology. What You Need: Safe & Reliable Driver: Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation and reporting. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and operational procedures. Proactive & Resourceful: Initiative and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment. Compliance with Drug Testing: Must be willing to undergo pre-employment and random drug testing as required. Schedule & Compensation: Shifts: Day Shift: 5:45 AM-2:15 PM, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, or 7:45 AM-4:15 PM Night Shift: 1:45 PM-10:15 PM, 2:45 PM-11:15 PM, 3:45 PM-12:15 AM, or 5:45 PM-2:00 AM. Workdays: Choose from Wednesday-Sunday, Thursday-Monday, Friday-Tuesday, or Saturday-Wednesday. Pay Rate: $29 per hour Bonuses: Additional Pay: Earn extra for weekend and night shifts (5% more for weekend day shifts and 10% more for weekend night shifts).
