Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Join our rapidly growing team as a Lead Residential HVAC Installer! We are seeking skilled individuals who are experienced and passionate about delivering top-notch HVAC services. As a Lead Installer, you will play a crucial role in performing furnace and A/C installations, change-outs, and cutting in installs, including Ductless Minisplits. Your advanced understanding of heating and air conditioning theories, as well as air distribution theory, will empower you to complete most residential installations independently. Our ideal candidate will: Have at least 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience. Possess a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check. Maintain a positive 'Can-Do' attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Own reliable transportation and HVAC-related hand tools (work vehicle provided). Be clean-cut and well-spoken.
