If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a UI/UX Developer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).Job Responsibilities Include: Design and develop mobile-first UI/UX experiences for iOS and Android applications supporting payment and transaction workflowsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs optimized for mobile platformsPartner closely with mobile engineers, product managers, security, and compliance teams to deliver secure and intuitive user experiencesEnsure all designs adhere to PCI DSS requirements, secure design principles, and data protection standardsDesign user experiences for sensitive interactions such as authentication, payments, confirmations, and error handlingApply usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design best practices for mobile applicationsConduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analyticsMaintain and contribute to mobile design systems, reusable components, and style guidesParticipate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional agile ceremoniesWork on-site in the Atlanta office 3 days per week to support collaboration and rapid design iterationBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong focus on mobile applications5+ years of proven experience designing for iOS and/or Android platforms5+ years of strong foundation in UI/UX fundamentals including:User-centered and mobile-first designInformation architecture and interaction designVisual design and usability for small screensTravelMinimal travel expectedDegreeBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred Skills:Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping toolsSolid understanding of mobile UI implementation constraints and patternsExperience working in PCI-compliant environmentsPrior experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industryKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive designExperience with native or cross-platform mobile frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, Android UI, React Native, Flutter)Experience designing secure, transactional user flowsFamiliarity with biometric authentication, secure input, and data masking patternsExperience collaborating with security, compliance, or risk teamsExposure to analytics-driven UX improvements for mobile applicationsAbility and willingness to work on-site in Atlanta 3 days per week (mandatory)#INDFSINS#L1-NAMAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
