As our team rapidly expands, we are looking for dynamic leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in the Energy and Oil & Gas sector. As a Consulting Client Partner, you will lead efforts to grow our consulting services, close strategic deals, and drive collaborative initiatives with our sales teams. Your focus will be on developing a solid sales strategy that cultivates a strong consulting pipeline, meeting your revenue targets within assigned accounts. Relationship building, ensuring smooth software implementations, and achieving impactful results will be at the core of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to enhance our consulting pipeline and reach revenue goals. Closing Deals & Leading Pursuit Teams: Oversee sales opportunities, focusing on deal closure and collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully meet objectives. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with software sales executives to positively impact pipeline growth and deal outcomes. Implementation Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in software implementation, helping clients develop strategic roadmaps to maximize their Oracle investments. Contract Negotiation: Reduce risks by negotiating contracts effectively, ensuring clear documentation of expectations for seamless project delivery. Consulting Business Growth: Ensure that contracts signed are executed efficiently while achieving revenue and margin targets. Customer Advisory & Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with IT and Line of Business Vice Presidents, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expanding Oracle Consulting's footprint. Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights and trends related to industry best practices and exemplary implementation strategies. Forecast & Metrics Management: Ensure the accuracy of sales metrics such as pipeline, forecast, bookings, and service attach rates. Client Success & Reference Cultivation: Drive client success metrics through maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and sustaining referenceable accounts. This role is perfect for candidates who excel in managing complex deals, leading diverse teams, and collaborating with sales professionals. Your success will heavily rely on your capabilities in relationship building and strategic execution. Performance Metrics: Bookings Growth Revenue Growth Deal Margin (Sold and Delivered) Client Satisfaction / Net Promoter Score (NPS) Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a similar consulting services sales role. A proven track record in selling and delivering enterprise software, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Strong ability to build relationships for driving growth in services and collaborating with sales teams. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating complex contracts, and overseeing extended sales cycles. Significant experience in program delivery, including solution design and consulting roles. Deep industry knowledge enabling credible advisory services aligned with business goals. Ability to identify and secure high-value consulting engagements with large enterprises. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of consulting experience focused on service delivery. Experience in the Utilities, Oil & Gas, and/or Energy sectors. Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams with a focus on sales. In-depth understanding of relevant industry products and technologies. Proven ability to develop and sustain executive-level relationships through consultative sales. Familiarity with CRM systems to track progress and enhance sales performance. Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and support business development initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. You may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and deferred compensation.
