Join Cardinal Health's Production Team! As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating light-duty machinery and automation equipment. Your responsibilities will include setting up, adjusting, and maintaining these machines while ensuring quality standards are met. Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (overtime may be required based on business needs, including weekends) Key Responsibilities: Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a keen focus on quality and detail. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all Environmental Health and Safety protocols. Participate in assigned projects and tasks as directed by management. Run processes effectively to meet or exceed quality standards. Understand and drive towards production goals to help the team succeed. Who We Are Looking For: No prior warehouse experience necessary – if you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply! Must be able to lift 30+ pounds and be physically active throughout your shift. Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus. Experience with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred. What You Can Expect: Utilize your knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks efficiently. Quickly learn and apply new information and methods within your role. Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications. Handle routine assignments and tackle minor problem-solving challenges. Work within clearly defined procedures and adhere to quality guidelines. Receive moderate supervision and regular feedback on your work. Refer complex issues to your supervisor for assistance. Compensation: Anticipated hourly wage ranges from $18.10 to $21.60.
