About the Team Zoom Whiteboard is a vital component of Zoom's productivity and collaboration suite, offering a dynamic workspace for teams to brainstorm, organize, and enhance their ideas. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the direction of visual collaboration, facilitating innovation in how users ideate and collaborate across the platform. You will work on integrating whiteboard workflows with Zoom, the AI Companion, and key partnerships, significantly enhancing the user experience. Responsibilities Boost Zoom Whiteboard's adoption among diverse customer segments through targeted go-to-market strategies, product-led growth initiatives, and partnerships (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace). Partner with AI Companion and Workflow teams to enhance capabilities, transitioning whiteboards from static tools to intelligent, automated workspace solutions. Define and execute a strategic product vision and roadmap focused on AI-driven user experiences. Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, research, data, and marketing—to ensure high-quality, customer-centric product releases. Gather and synthesize user feedback, usage data, market research, and competitive insights to inform product development and decisions. Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through informed prioritization and data-driven experimentation. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for effective product launches and clear market positioning. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in driving product-led growth and scaling products, with a successful track record in go-to-market strategies and channel partnerships. Experience with third-party integrations and marketplace ecosystems, with the ability to identify impactful integrations for enhancing user engagement. Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow automation, and employing AI to augment productivity tools as intelligent assistants. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by experience in agile development environments. A minimum of 7 years in product management, including at least 3 years focused on whiteboarding, visual collaboration, or design tools; proven success in launching and scaling B2B SaaS solutions. Familiarity with digital whiteboard technologies and real-time collaborative platforms; knowledge of AI or automation-driven products is a plus. Excellent understanding of visual collaboration and design workflows, particularly in brainstorming and creative ideation within enterprise productivity. A data-driven mindset for product strategy and decision-making. Strong aptitude for aligning cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and presenting effectively to senior leadership. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom offers a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonuses, and equity value.
