Your Role and Responsibilities We are on the lookout for an accomplished and talented Oracle Cloud Functional Lead specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to become a vital part of our Global HCM Practice. As a senior team member, you will provide expertise, advisory support, and implementation assistance specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This role requires travel to client sites. What You'll Do: Consult on HCM Cloud projects, including ORC modules for both implementation and support. Facilitate Discovery workshops to identify business requirements. Perform gap analysis to align delivered functionality with client needs and recommend viable solutions. Design, test, and deploy business processes and configurations within HCM Cloud modules. Configure the system to align with business processes and compliance requirements. Develop testing scenarios and scripts, leading teams through unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Understand and manage data interactions and integrations relevant to your area of expertise. Document all application setups accurately following provided templates. Provide support to multiple clients across various HCM initiatives. This role can be performed from anywhere across the U.S. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 8+ years of IT consulting experience. 5+ years of relevant experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud in a lead implementation role. Demonstrated functional expertise and innovative approach in solution implementation and maintenance. Responsible for efficient execution of technology implementation strategies for projects. Collaborate with clients and project teams to plan, develop, execute, and deliver implementations and maintenance services. Contribute to the HCM Center of Excellence initiatives. Comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards, and security features. Lead multiple modules or components in medium to large-scale implementations with increased complexity. Familiarity with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules is highly desirable. Experience working in an on-site/offshore collaboration model. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting to meet project deadlines. Proven history of quickly learning and mastering various technologies. Strong aptitude for engaging clients in detailed dialogues to elicit requirements. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Capable of deconstructing complex concepts into manageable parts. Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-focused. Customer service-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Certification in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus.
