About the Role As a Nursing Clinical Evaluator at Maximus, you will use your clinical skills to assess how various disabilities or health conditions impact individuals' daily activities. You will handle complex cases that include both physical and mental health challenges, ensuring each individual receives the support and understanding they need. With a structured training program designed for your success, this position promises complexity and personal satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments via telephone, video, or in-person to evaluate the impact of disabilities or health conditions on daily living. Prepare comprehensive Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to assist the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining benefit eligibility. Utilize your clinical knowledge in a nurturing environment, receiving ongoing feedback and professional development. Requirements Valid NMC registration number. At least 1 year of post-registration experience in adult or mental health nursing. Right to work in the UK (sponsorships are not available). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer software for generating detailed reports. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £37,500. Flexible working options available, with both full-time and part-time roles.
