About the Role Join Cardinal Health as a key leader in our Ethics & Compliance team, where you will cultivate a workplace culture that champions ethical conduct and adherence to compliance standards. In this impactful position, you will develop and execute strategies that ensure our corporate policies are upheld, while also engaging in educating and training our employees organization-wide. Furthermore, you will be essential in investigating and addressing any ethics and compliance concerns that arise. Key to Your Success Apply your extensive knowledge of legal and compliance principles to navigate various complex projects and challenges. Effectively communicate across all organizational levels to advance compliance initiatives. Exhibit strong leadership abilities and adept problem-solving skills. Self-motivate to enhance your understanding of vendor systems. Utilize exceptional oral and written communication skills to create professional documents including policies, reports, and compliance plans. Demonstrate your facilitation and presentation talents in diverse settings. Formulate and implement strategies that align with departmental goals while managing competing priorities efficiently. Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to foster a cohesive work environment. Maintain a customer-focused approach while juggling multiple urgent projects. Your Responsibilities Execute and oversee the essential components of an effective compliance program. Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, including the Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statutes and the False Claims Act. Create and source customized training programs to meet specific compliance needs derived from risk assessments and regulatory expertise. Oversee a robust information governance program to ensure compliance with records retention policies. Lead a global compliance training initiative that enhances learning through innovative techniques. Coordinate global Compliance Week activities, including engaging speakers and events. Partner with the communications team to promote compliance awareness and disseminate relevant content. Maintain a comprehensive risk assessment program to effectively identify and manage compliance risks. Regularly review and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with best industry practices. Implement a compliance auditing and monitoring program tailored to align with business processes. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred.
