Part-Time School Cleaner

Ask your interviewer for details. Not available in AR. Responsibilities: Perform janitorial and cleaning tasks to meet quality standards and safety guidelines. Use protective gear during all cleaning functions. Complete cleaning assignments on schedule. Report equipment and cleaning product needs or malfunctions to supervisors. Dust mop and damp mop floors in classrooms and common spaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas. Remove trash and empty wastebaskets as needed. Respond promptly to requests from staff and faculty. Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Willingness to consistently perform routine tasks. Must be able to work independently after training. Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts are essential. Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily. Must lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds. Ability to work around food and cleaning products. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by local and state regulations.
