What We Offer Compensation: 27%-30% of adjusted production Consistent potential to generate $4k+ in production per day Access to modern technologies including CEREC, CBCT with a full digital workflow, and AI diagnostic tools Supportive EF2 assistants to enhance your clinical efficiency Opportunities for continuing education and professional development An in-house root canal specialist to facilitate smooth referrals An established patient base and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture Key Responsibilities Perform a comprehensive array of general and cosmetic dental procedures (excluding endodontics) Confidently place implants and manage orthodontic treatments Develop and clearly communicate thorough treatment plans Educate patients about procedures, post-operative care, and preventive oral health practices Effectively convey the value of recommended treatment to ensure patient understanding and case acceptance Establish trust and long-term relationships with patients through professionalism, warmth, and approachability Utilize advanced diagnostic tools (including AI-assisted technology) while maintaining precise, timely patient records Collaborate effectively with a strong clinical and administrative team Requirements DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school Valid California dental license 4+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic dental procedures CPR certified Excellent communication skills with both patients and team members Positive, upbeat attitude and a strong commitment to enhancing the patient experience We are excited to welcome a confident, caring, and personable provider to our exceptional team.
