File Maintenance Clerk (YOUNGWOOD)

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Research, process & update Pennsylvania Taxpayer accounts Sort tax documents & interpret information to be entered into database Maintain accuracy & confidentiality of taxpayer accounts Run & maintain reports for various departments Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards Additional duties may be assigned SCHEDULE + LOCATION: Start Date: April 20th, 2026  Full-time Schedule  Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Friday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm No weekends! On-site in our Youngwood, PA office  Once released from initial trainings (~4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained PAY + BENEFITS: $13.00/hr + monthly incentives  On the job, paid training to help you succeed Work From Home- Hybrid once training is completed!
