How you'll make an impact in this role Ascension Living is seeking an experienced full time BC/BE physician (Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) for its PACE facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis. PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. It is a wrap-around care model helping medically and socially complex individuals, who would otherwise require nursing home care, live in their homes as long as possible. PACE integrates and coordinates care for participants across ALL settings including medications, transportation and meals. Candidates must be mission minded to serve all persons with special attention to the poor and vulnerable. Once fully staffed the clinic will have 2 MD's and 2 APP's. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
