Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Detroit Region, MI Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty accepted: Internal Medicine or Family Practice MD with Pain Management Start date or shifts: ASAP – Ongoing (6-month minimum commitment) Daily schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Practice setting: Pain Management Clinic Types of procedures: Medication management and prescribing for pain-related conditions such as cancer pain and motor vehicle accident injuries. Procedures are outsourced. Number of patients: 17–25 per day Ages: 35+ Additional information: Credentialing timeframe 2 weeks. Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required and Blue Cross preferred. Support staff includes receptionist, toxicologist, office manager, and two medical assistants. Provider will review toxicology reports and may refer patients to addiction treatment if indicated. EMR: Electronic charting and e-prescribing. Travel and lodging are all-inclusive. Requires MI license, DEA, and controlled substance license. Minimum 1yearof pain management experience.
