This vital role involves providing exceptional patient care for individuals recovering from orthopedic procedures and injuries, ensuring their comfort, safety, and progress throughout their treatment journey. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering specialized nursing services in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values professionalism and compassion. Pay Package: $2,280 Weekly Shift: 7pm - 7:30am with every other weekend Required Skills Active BLS certification through AHA Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on orthopedics preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Compassionate patient-centered approach Nice to Have Skills Additional certifications in orthopedic nursing or related specialties Experience with post-operative care and pain management Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience Valid RN licensure in the Iowa or Compact Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Two or more years of relevant orthopedic nursing experience Other Requirements Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday shifts Willingness to work in a dynamic healthcare environment Why Choose Medical Edge?
