Description The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here. Job Summary The Field Supervisor manages field operations for commercial site development projects from inception through completion. This position requires travel with overnight stays. Housing and Per Diem provided by the company to cover all meals and incidentals. Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect assigned field work; analyze and resolve problems Manage labor force & subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track Responsible for the dispatch of labor and equipment to job sites Manage equipment utilization on projects, equipment storage, and maintenance Communicate with internal project management team as necessary ​ Work with staff to meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of external and internal customers Collaborate with others and foster a positive “people-oriented” environment Ensure employee safety data and promote safe work practices or conditions Demonstrate and ensure others follow the BrightView Leadership Behaviors and promote a safe work environment Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial landscape installation. Must have a valid driver's license Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment operating and construction knowledge of heavy iron equipment Knowledge of OSHA Standards Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Physical Demands/Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day  Work Environment: Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic Work near or about natural bodies of water Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer. This job description is subject to change at any time. Compensation Pay Range: Pay range is between $37 -$43 dependent on experience. BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
