Omnicell's innovative medication adherence solutions, used by over 32,000 institutional and retail pharmacies across the globe, are designed to improve patient adherence to prescriptions, helping to reduce costly hospital readmissions.Title: Electro-Mechanical Lead Technician - Weekend Shift - Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pmResponsibilities: Responsible for the Electrical, PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, installations, and set-up of production machinery. Make certain all machines and systems utilized in manufacturing are operating at peak performance at all times. Responsible for equipment efficiencies, order throughput, and customer fulfillment by ensuring that maintenance work order completion and preventive maintenance schedules are effectively implemented. Ensure all repair orders are executed within the time frame specified to industry standards and meet all NEC, OSHA, etc. standards. Create, distribute, and close work orders using Mpulse Maintenance Software. Execute all repairs and upgrades using specified manufacturer's instructions Ensure all repairs, upgrades, installations, etc. are completed according to stated safety standards with attention to ensuring minimal downtime and no rework. Assist Maintenance Manager with directing the workforce across all shifts. Direct workforce in absence of Maintenance Manager (vacations, sick, meetings, etc.) Attend daily production meetings in absence of Manager and be able to advise or consult on status of all machines. Work directly with vendors to order parts and enter Purchase Requests through Connect. Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members. Excellent problem solving and resolution skills. Refined listening skills. Ability to effectively interface and communicate with multiple constituents, including management, and vendors. Attention to detail. Ability to be organized, prioritize, and accept constructive feedback from supervisor/Manager Basic knowledge of three phase power up to 480 volts. Advanced level mechanical knowledge. Control circuit troubleshooting skills. Competent in reading electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC diagrams and blueprints. Basic to intermediate machine shop skills. Milling machine and lathe skills is a plus. Proficient in the delivery of maintenance "work order" and "preventive maintenance" systems. Must have a complete set of standard personal shop tools. Ability to respond to operational and maintenance situations 24 hours a day. Ability to work weekend overtime if needed. Physical Requirements Speak clearly and listen (hearing). Stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Able to lift maximum weight allowable by OSHA standards, 50lbs. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma At least 10 years' experience in the electro-mechanical maintenance Advanced experience working with Mpulse Maintenance software Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Trade School training Experience in a manufacturing environment.
