The Complex Onboarding Manager will support the employee and advisor experience by leading efforts to streamline the onboarding experience.This Manager role will also build processes that support the newly implemented accelerated growth model. The Onboarding Manager will manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, seeking to continuously improve the candidate/employee experience. This role will partner regularly with District Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, AHCA, and other branch leadership.What You’ll Be Doing Provide expert advice related to priority candidates to ensure complex goals are met Cross functional collaboration for onboarding process, which includes, working directly with AHCA, National Compliance and the National Coordinators Improving processes and updating rules as Onboarding regulations change Creating a first of class onboarding experience for candidates and employees within the Complex Working closely with the onboarding teams at each branch as well as the exam prep coordinator on monitoring and moving candidates through onboarding The ability to create relationships with complex management teams (District Managers) to ensure they understand the onboarding process and expected timelines Regularly meet with complex management teams to gauge candidate progress and provide updates to AHCA This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. For detailed descriptions of these benefits, please reference the link below.Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program (What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred 1 years of experience in onboarding, operations, marketing and/or business experience Experience leading a team (ideally of 3 or more) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Engaging presentation skills, detail oriented, with strong ability to streamline communication.
