PL may vary by experiencePL 8Category/Shift :Salaried Full-TimePhysical Location :6400 Poplar AvenueMemphis, TNThe Job You Will Perform:In order to remain competitive, International Paper continues to evolve and change its supply chain capabilities and organization across all of its global businesses. The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations Support organization provides the expertise to sustain, improve, deploy and consult on the Supply Chain Operating Model across IP globally.This role resides within the GSC Operations Support organization as part of the Change Management and Training team (CMT) and will be responsible for helping develop and deploy training materials and products as part of the organization's development and execution strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and delivering user training and will be versed in requirements gathering, instructional design and curriculum development. The role will collaborate closely with business resources, consulting partners, and outside learning vendors/partners as needed. Collaborate, align on and assist in execution of organizational training strategy Develop training in concert with any required deployment milestones Acquire necessary process knowledge Basic user working knowledge of new system as design functionality is completed Training development toolset may include PowerPoint instructor led presentations, training environment exercises, dominKnow capture and eLearning creation, micro-video creation, QRG creation, etc. Conduct knowledge acquisition with internal and external resources aimed at developing training curriculum and product requirements Deliver user training as required Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure training needs are met Check/adjust training based on stakeholder feedback The Skills You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Experience in curriculum design, familiarity with eLearning tools, and delivery of training to adult learners preferred Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate competency in organization eLearning tools Willingness to travel, although this is expected only to only be a small percentage of time and can typically be planned out well in advance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with users of various skill levels and backgrounds Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint Video recording/editing and eLearning design software experience preferred Previous experience/knowledge in curriculum design and adult learning theory are a plus Ability to learn new system navigation and process execution COMPETENCIES Collaborative Communication and presentation skills Action oriented Dealing with ambiguity Learning on the fly Understanding others Business/technical writing Customer focus Organizational agility Drive for results Tech savvy Work with minimal supervision Develop & execute plans The Benefits You Will Enjoy:International Paper offers a benefits package that includes health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term and Long-term Disability, 401(k), Company-funded retirement contributions, Paid Time Off, Education & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement), Student Loan Repayment Assistance, and Voluntary Benefits including insurance for home, auto, vision and petsThe Career You Will Build:Leadership training, promotional opportunitiesThe Impact You Will Make:We continue to build a better future for people, the planet, and our company!
