The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations Support organization provides the expertise to sustain, improve, deploy and consult on the Supply Chain Operating Model across IP globally.This role resides within the GSC Operations Support organization as part of the Change Management and Training team (CMT) and will be responsible for helping develop and deploy training materials and products as part of the organization's development and execution strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and delivering user training and will be versed in requirements gathering, instructional design and curriculum development. The role will collaborate closely with business resources, consulting partners, and outside learning vendors/partners as needed.
