HVAC Installation Technician

Job Title: HVAC Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. This role involves traveling to customer sites to install temporary heating and cooling systems. Candidates must have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a clean driving record. This position includes on-call responsibilities every third weekend.Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to install temporary heating and cooling systems. Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment, providing training to authorized operators. Demonstrate professionalism through positive communication and appearance. Troubleshoot and fully understand the operation and specifications of all rental equipment. Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to all safety policies. Clean and test returned equipment, ensuring it meets operational and appearance standards. Complete necessary paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. Install flexible gas hose on propane and natural gas applications. Implement safe procedures to check gas connections. Work with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records of equipment. Be available for emergency service response calls on a rotating weekend and evening schedule. Essential Skills Familiarity with HVAC systems. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Professional communication skills with customers, managers, and sales engineers. Ability to train customers on the safe use of equipment. Capability to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain detailed records.
