We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our Finance Analytics Team. The Data Analytics Manager is a leadership role that bridges business, analytics, and technology. We ensure Finance leaders have trusted and actionable insights, and a scalable infrastructure to support financial performance, planning, and decision‑making. This position partners closely with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering, and serves as the product owner for Finance IT solutions, including dashboards, data products, AI applications, and evolving key Finance systems. You will report directly to the Sr Data Program Mgt Manager and work out of the Morris Plaines, NJ locationKey Responsibilities: Partner with IT and Finance teams on system implementations and enhancements, while ensuring complete end-to-end solutions addressing transactional, process, and reporting requirements. Translate Finance business needs into clear product requirements and success metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems. Lead development of reports and dashboards for real-time analysis of financial performance across key Finance domains (e.g., revenue, margin, cost, working capital, forecasting). Work closely with the Data Science team to guide model development across key forecasting areas. Create and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and data flows. Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Serve as a trusted analytics and technology partner to Finance leadership. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data warehousing, business intelligence, AI, and Finance IT solutions. ResponsibilitiesQualificationsMUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a finance setting. Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, or similar. Strong knowledge of SAP tables and data flow. Knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and functionalities. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards. Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data manipulation. WE VALUE Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. COMPENSATIONThe annual Total salary range for this position is $159,000K - $198,000K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
