The Mid-market portfolio spans repeatable, industrialized solutions across technology, operations, security, cloud, and industry-specific needs to meet clients where they are on their reinvention journey.We are looking to expand our Mid-market team with the best talent, who have experience in the mid-market, across the business suite, and across functions, that will enable us to continue to drive transformations at scale.Responsibilities include : Lead the AWS Mid-Market practice as part of the Accenture AWS Business Group in the Americas market Accountable for overall partner growth, strategy and business growth, capability scaling and execution excellence across Accenture services in the Americas Working with the Global AABG Practice Lead to proactively engage with Accenture client teams, AWS and client to develop and expand that AWS offerings to meet the evolving client needs Advise clients on how to shape their AWS development, cloud, data and AI technology strategy for the future, solving complex and core business challenges through applied innovation and new technology Create and contribute to opportunities through understanding market shifts, industry trends and client imperatives; conceive solutions and test hypotheses to qualify and pursue Collaborate closely with the Industry, Cloud First, Data and AI Leads to ensure seamless integration with Accenture offerings Align cross-Service Groups (SGs) and Client Groups (CGs) to drive pipeline, revenue, and delivery Inspire, develop and retain world class AWS talent by leading the AWS practitioners in the Americas Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's What You Need : Minimum of 10 years' experience in business growth, practice building and working with cloud and AWS including an in-depth understanding of the cloud ecosystem and emerging technologies. Minimum of 10 years' experience leading consulting practice driving growth and financial results. Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and the ability to partner across the Accenture ecosystem. Minimum of 10 years client facing experience driving sales execution building strong client relationships and bringing in new business Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
