Must have deep Industry and process experience to articulate effective and scalable solutions that brings together strategy , technology, and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. OneStream Senior Managers reengineer the way our clients do business by maximizing efficiencies across functional, industry, technical and/or digital areas.The work:Connected Solutions group, part of Accenture Technology delivers value to our customers across the enterprise. Connected Solutions CFO&EV portfolio focuses on driving scalable solutions across a variety of partner platforms. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager in our practice.Responsibilities: Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seek guidance on complex problems. Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides. Manages teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Grow the practice by owning the new business proposal process - business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities. Identify business development opportunities by building both internal and external network of professionals. Lead and prepare responses to request for proposals, including interaction with prospective clients to understand the opportunities and provide solutions to meet client requests. Transform user requirements into a comprehensive OneStream design utilizing object-oriented principles to create fully extensible applications. Lead clients and team members through all aspects of consulting and delivery phases including but not limited to discovery, visioning, blueprinting, requirement gathering, design, process transformation, system configuration, testing, deployment, support, and value realization. Liaison and manage opportunity pipeline with both Accenture leaders and OneStream alliance partners. Manage resource supply and demand planning for both in-flight and upcoming projects. Support solution architecture and proposal estimation efforts to reduce delivery risk and ensure expected client outcomes are achieved throughout the delivery and implementation. Must have exposure to Agentic AI enabled solutions across the EPM platforms, ideal would be SensibleAI training/experience. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need: Minimum of 4 years of combined performance in consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning, consolidations and group reporting functions. ESG knowledge is preferred. Minimum of 4 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies. Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing OneStream platforms. Minimum of 3 years of experience with multi-dimensional cubes. Understands how data integration, data/metadata transformation, security, and reporting structures work in OneStream. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream. Minimum of 3 years of experience designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close and Consolidation modules. Minimum of 3 years of experience with end-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Bonus points if: Domain experience in Industrial manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector and Banking industries (any one or combination) · Completed one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings) Completed any OneStream level 2 courses Sensible AI training/experience Experience designing and/or developing OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.) Experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc. Obtained OneStream Certifications Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
