Technician

Job Title: Technician - Module LabLocation: South Plainfield, NJWork Model: Onsite - Contract to HireHours: Monday-Friday, 7AM to 330PMPay: $22/hourTECHNICIANRESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor automated production equipment and assist with light assembly. Follow cleanroom protocols (gowning required) and standard operating procedures. Visually inspect photonic components and support basic handling tasks. Log basic production data and notify supervisors of abnormalities. Keep the workstation and cleanroom area organized and compliant. Work with engineers and technicians as part of a collaborative, high-precision team. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. Prior semiconductor, photonics or cleanroom experience preferred, however, full training is provided. Mandarin fluency is a plus, but not required.
