Shift Managers Carl's Jr. is seeking candidates to join our management team. The position would start as a shift manager with room to grow and further promotion. Pay Minimum of $14 per hour. Pay is negotiable based on the candidate and their previous restaurant and managerial experience. Carl's Jr. is dedicated to provide competitive pay for qualified candidates. Schedule Shift managers work 35-40 hours a week. Shifts are 7 to 8 hours long. Day and night shift positions are available. Day of the week availability is flexible.
