Human Resources Coordinator Location: Portland, OR Pay: $25$30/hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Duration: Temporary (3060 days) LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland-based company to hire a Temporary HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This is a hands-on role supporting onboarding, recruiting, benefits, and employee data. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Support recruiting: job postings, resume review, interview scheduling Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Provide administrative support for employee relations matters Qualifications 24 years of HR or HR support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication and discretion with confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ADP experience a plus Bilingual Spanish required/preferred Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
