Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Senior Superintendent to join our team. This is a permanent position in Upstate South Carolina. We are looking for someone local or willing to relocate. This job will require travel between multiple jobsites located throughout the Upstate. Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities Work with superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to construction projects Assists with estimating potential projects Implement project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications Proactively develop relationships with the subcontractor community Manages and obtains necessary permits for each project Processes change orders Draft and submit subcontractor contracts for each project Promote health and safety standards on work site Makes sure that the project meets legal requirements Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Self starter Degree in Construction Science or related field is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision 401K Profit Share Plan Cash Balance Pension Plan PTO Paid Holidays Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Bonus/Commission: No
