Job Description

Talent Experience & Development Coordinator Serves as operational partner within the People Operations function, supporting the Talent Experience & Development team. Coordinates, administers, and executes learning programs and global engagement initiatives that contribute to employee value proposition. Manages learning platform administration, develops instructional materials, and supports employee engagement programs. Works collaboratively across departments to gather feedback, coordinate program delivery, and ensure effective execution of talent development and engagement activities. Essential Functions Coordinate and execute learning activities including scheduling, logistics, communications, and tracking for courses, webinars, and workshops in physical and virtual settings. Administer and maintain learning management system, ensuring accurate course records, learner data, and program reporting for organizational learning initiatives. Assist with development of instructional materials including e-learning, facilitator guides, job aids, reference guides, and assessments that transform complex information into clear learning experiences. Support design and execution of employee engagement programs including recognition initiatives, pulse surveys, social activations, and employee milestones. Create and maintain guiding documents, reference materials, and program resources across learning and engagement functions. Gather and organize engagement and learning metrics to measure program effectiveness, supporting analysis to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to coordinate feedback, gather program input, and support cross-functional talent initiatives. Support new hire onboarding coordination in partnership with broader People Operations team, ensuring smooth integration of employees. Manage vendor relationships and external partner coordination for learning programs and engagement initiatives as assigned. Execute program logistics including participant communications, materials preparation, technology setup, and post-program follow-up activities. Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc requests supporting Talent Experience & Development function as business needs arise. Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency in program administration and coordination. Qualifications Required: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field with 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, learning, or engagement-related function or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple programs and logistics simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clear instructional materials and stakeholder communications Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally and building relationships across departments Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and ability to administer course records and reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new technology platforms for program delivery Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy in HR-related activities Strong customer service orientation when supporting employees and internal stakeholders on learning and engagement programs Desired: Experience in global or technology company environment Prior experience supporting learning programs or employee engagement initiatives Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory Experience with employee engagement platforms or survey tools The base salary range for this job is: $64,500.00 - $106,500.00 nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
