This role is responsible for supporting period end cost of Accounts Receivable related to accounts, reserves and trade activities. You will help drive the integration of S4 HANA reporting and process improvements, while building and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for performing periodic close activities, oversight and preparation of account reconciliations, SOX controls, balance sheet analytics and audit requests. This is a hybrid role based in our Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL or Plano, TX location. Responsibilities Support period-end close activities for Accounts Receivable (A/R), including related accounts, reserves, and transactions. Prepare and analyze funding requirements for A/R reserves such as Deductions, Bad Debt, and Cash Discounts. Create, review, and record journal entries for both ongoing operations and period-end close. Reconcile Customer Financial Services (CFS) owned balance sheet accounts with detailed documentation and resolve reconciling items promptly. Lead cross-functional collaboration with CFS, Control Shared Services, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to resolve discrepancies and address ad hoc issues. Develop and provide Business Unit (BU) forecast schedules for CFS-related P&L activities, including Bad Debt, Absorbed Costs, and Post Audit adjustments. Identify and implement process improvements within CFS Accounting to enhance data preparation and analysis efficiency. Manage special projects and act as a subject matter expert in accounting and finance for CFS and Control Shared Services. Respond to Corporate and KPMG audit and reporting requests. Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss analytics to support financial risk mitigation efforts Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
