About the Role As a member of Twitch's Revenue team, you'll use your industry and product acumen, and experience in digital advertising solutions to help grow Twitch Advertising revenue. We are looking for a detail-oriented, client service focused Customer Success Manager with advertising experience that will work hand in hand with product and business development. The Customer Success Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Twitch in meeting its objectives and providing best in class client service to our 1P clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with client management, media planning, and campaign operations. You can work in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. You Will: Campaign Management: Work with the finance team on any client approvals and revenue recognition Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery Guide clients through internal purchasing tools Client Management: Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients, as a key point person for media plans and campaign operations Work to manage any custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and products You Have: 4+ years of online media/planning experience Experience helping clients execute media campaigns Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills Excellent collaboration skills Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams Bonus Points Work experience in online media Previous agency experience Perks Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) Maternity & Parental Leave Flexible PTO Amazon Employee Discount Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Job ID: TW9108 The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
