Job Description Job Description East Austin Location We are currently hiring Sales Associates for our East Austin store location. This Role Is a Great Fit If You:Truly love dogs and cats and enjoy working with pet parentsEnjoy talking with new people and building trust through conversationAre curious and motivated to learn about pet nutrition and wellnessTake pride in meeting goals and contributing to team successAre comfortable with physical work , including lifting large bags of dog foodThrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environmentAre consistently on time, reliable, and preparedAre at least 18 years old Retail or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred. Schedule Expectations (Please Read Before Applying):This role requires regular weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)Evening availability is requiredShifts generally fall between 9:00 AM - 7:30 PMSchedules are consistent but retail flexibility is essentialReliable transportation to East Austin , South Congress or Easton Park is required If you are not able to work weekends or evenings on a regular basis, this role may not be a good fit.
