As a Lead Consultant Supervision Specialist within Empower Personal Wealth, you will provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to the Supervision team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will support operational priorities, conduct training, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and risk management. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership presence, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What you will doProvide daily guidance on supervision processes and support resolution of escalated or complex itemsCoordinate procedure updates and support implementation of process improvementsFacilitate and support training initiatives related to product, regulatory, and organizational changesEnsure completion of recurring audits, reporting, and applicable ad-hoc projectsAssist with daily operational activities to ensure appropriate coverage and manage workload spikes What you will bringBachelor's degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience in wealth management or financial servicesFINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations requiredFINRA Series 51 registration required within corporate established timelinesExperience in regulatory compliance and/or supervisory functionsStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to escalate appropriatelyAbility to work independently while influencing peers and internal partners What will set you apartExperience coaching or mentoring team members in a supervisory environmentStrong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and present findings effectivelyAbility to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignmentDemonstrated sound judgment and decision-making in high-pressure situationsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint LI-RemotePJPW2 Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $79,400.00 - $112,175.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
