This role is ideal for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on results and enjoy making an impact. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and ensure every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and high-energy. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries Schedule and close qualified appointments, maximizing show rates Document call outcomes and appointment details in our CRM Follow up strategically to increase booked appointments Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals What We're Looking For Competitive, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings Comfortable making a high volume of calls Strong verbal communication; confident and persuasive on the phone Tech-competent with CRM systems and multi-screen workflows Coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Prior call center, appointment setting, or inside sales experience is a plus Weekend availability required About Refloor Refloor is on a mission to become America's #1 flooring company.
